I am Brooke Watton, an Arizona based, relationship focused and results oriented realtor with W and Partners. As a dedicated and hard-working third generation realtor and former practicing corporate/real estate attorney, I am a rare real estate professional. I have the analytical mind of an attorney (I am one), the work ethic of an Olympic athlete (I trained to be one) and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

I love all things real estate related and have been involved in the industry in one way or another for as long as I can remember. As a young girl, my father, a successful residential real estate agent, showed me the ins and outs of the business. Some of my favorite memories growing up are helping my dad set up for open houses, attending listing appointments and passing out his real estate marketing flyers. He instilled in me that the secret to success in this industry is understanding how important real estate decisions are in people’s lives. These decisions require confidence in a professional who is diligent, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. I pride myself on having those qualities and always putting my client's best interest first. I have earned a reputation for delivering personable and truly remarkable service - "Always Going Above and Beyond.”

After earning my JD/MBA & Mediator Certification with honors from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln, I began my career in the highly competitive world of law. For over a decade, I practiced corporate and real estate law. From negotiating lease agreements for the corporate legal department of a national restaurant franchise to counseling and advocating on behalf of tenants/landlords and new home buyers/sellers with legal disputes, I have garnered a unique skillset that sets me apart from other realtors.

Through my experience as an attorney, I gained a powerful work ethic and attention to detail that has been the foundation of my success in my real estate business. Unlike other agents, I can seamlessly guide and educate my clients given my profound understanding of the entire real estate process- especially when it comes to avoiding future potential legal issues. Further, my exceptional negotiating and advocacy skills that only time and experience can develop, have proven to be incredibly beneficial to my clients.
